 Hello Bliss Box offers personalized, one of a kind gift packages to send to all your favorite people.  A unique and fun way to celebrate and gift to the people who matter most in your life!  We pride ourselves on sending only top quality "specialty" products that are not sold on everyday shelves. You’ll notice we put a great deal of thought and time into creating each month's Hello! Bliss Box.

 

   Who Deserves a Bliss Box?

YOU!  Ok, they are also great for brides, bridal parties, caregivers, grandparents, Mothers Day, anniversaries, birthdays, holidays or a  "just because gift" where someone you love deserves a little Bliss.

 

  What's included in my Bliss Box?

 It’s a blissful surprise!  You can expect to receive anywhere from 3 to 5 unique items from an array of categories.

 

  Will my Hello Bliss Box be a good value? 

Absolutely! We believe your Bliss Box should always be a wonderful value. The items you receive will have a retail value (exceeding) price you paid for your Bliss Box. Our blissful goal is (1) to send a little "happy mail" making YOUR recipient smile (2) to save you time & money.... let us take all of the guess work out of sending (and shipping) thoughtful gifts!

 

 When will I receive my first Bliss Box?

  How can I access my account?
An account is not created during the checkout process. You can create a new account after checkout by clicking this link OR see your order confirmation email. An order confirmation email is sent after checkout with a direct link for your account. From here, you are able to update shipping addresses, emails and credit card information.

 

  How does my Bliss Box get here?

Hello! Bliss Boxes are shipped via USPS Postal Service with (either) First Class or Priority Mail which includes tracking numbers that will be emailed to you every month.

 

  How much does shipping cost?

  • US Shipping: $4.95 Flat Rate
  • Canadian Shipping: $14.95 Flat Rate

 

 Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the continental United States AND now Canada!  Shipping is always free within the US!

Flat rate shipping of $14.95 is applied to Canadian orders. (Taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination). Please note: Orders are placed in US dollars only at this time. To find out what fees may apply, please contact your customs office.

 

   What if my blissful box was damaged or lost?

Oh no! We are so sorry!  If you receive a broken or damaged item, please contact us at yourfriends@helloblissbox.com with pictures of your items for our team. We will work with you to resolve most issues with your shipped goodies.  Note: Please be aware that many of our products are handmade, so a slight variation in color and/or construction is normal.  Also, as much as we love our friends at USPS, sometimes things are simply out of our control (shipping times, busy holidays or damaged boxes). Many times, USPS will work with us in resolving most shipping related issues quickly.

 

  How do I send a Hello! Bliss Box as a gift?

  How thoughtful of you!  When you go to checkout, you will be prompted to input a shipping address.  Simply input the recipient's address (no need to input your personal address), and voila!  The recipient will have a Box of Bliss shipped to their doorstep. MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR GIFT NOTE AT CHECKOUT IN THE "ORDER NOTES" FIELD as packing slips are not included in our shipments and your lovely recipient will always wonder "who sent me this beautiful box".  You can always email us at yourfriends@helloblissbox.com and let us know what you would to include in your gift note.

 

  Can I include a note with a Hello! Bliss Box gift?

Absolutely!  We will be happy to include a hand-written note with your Hello! Bliss Box.  MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR GIFT NOTE AT CHECKOUT IN THE "ORDER NOTES" FIELD. Forgot your gift note? You can always email us at yourfriends@helloblissbox.com and let us know what you would to include in your gift note.

 

 How can I feature my products in a Bliss Box?

 We are thrilled that you would like to be featured in our Hello! Bliss Boxes....We are pleased to offer exceptional opportunities to gain maximum exposure by dispersing your items to a wide savvy audience.  Additionally, we guarantee you will be featured on our website and social media pages for maximum exposure.  Please contact us at yourfriends@helloblissbox.com with a link to your website and several pictures of your products you would like to provide.  (On occasion, we may request a sampling prior to participation to guarantee quality and packaging). If we think your product would be a nice fit, we will direct you to the next stages of the application process.  Prior to applying, please take into consideration our need for a large quantity of items.
